Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery at luqiang008@gmail.com.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and proof of purchase when contacting us.
How to Start a Return
Email us at luqiang008@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we will provide the authorized return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send the item before receiving these instructions. Do not use the address printed on your parcel unless we confirm that it can receive your return. Hand the approved return to the carrier within 14 calendar days after receiving valid return instructions and keep your tracking or proof-of-postage details. A return requested and sent within these deadlines will not become ineligible solely because its transit or customs clearance continues beyond the 30-day request window.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Refunds
Within 5 business days after your authorized return is delivered to the return address we provided, we will inspect it, notify you of the decision, and initiate any approved refund to your original payment method within that same 5-business-day period. This is the time for us to process the return and initiate the refund, not a guarantee of when the funds will appear in your account. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
