Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days after delivery at luqiang008@gmail.com.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and proof of purchase when contacting us.

How to Start a Return
Email us at luqiang008@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is accepted.

Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
